These days I really concern about food that I consume during my pregnancy. Usually, I like eating snacks in my pleasure time such as potato chips or something that really tasty. But, since I knew that those foods contain MSG (Mono Sodium Glutamate) and I read article about it which is said that MSG can cause brain damage and other disorder for my baby, I try to stop consuming kind of snacks. And now I learn to cook by myself to make sure that I never add MSG or another flavor enhancer in my food because something tasty in our tongue could be harmful for our body. Keep healthy food to get a healthy life.
